Plot: The evil force of Time uses the energy created by a violent clash between demolition workers and townspeople trying to save the historic Farstanger Mill to break through into our world. It conjures up a loom worker boy of the Victorian era, feeding on the opression and resentment within the mill's empty ruin - the Time-Child exerts a sinister hold over local boy Tommy Day and hopes to use him to stoke violentce and death the next day at Tommy's school. When the Time-Child uses his powers to send a bulldozer to attack the time agents, Sapphire amd Steel are saved when it crashes through the ground into a forgotten monastery beneath the mill. Sapphire uses the innocent mind of Tommy's sister, Sally, to plead with the presences of the old monks for help and through time their incantations banish the Time-Child.
Comments: A sinister edge to this as we witness brick-wielding kiddies and imagine the prospect of violence erupting in a school. There's lovely!
