There's another SAPPHIRE & STEEL LOOK-IN site out there which launched a few weeks before this one. The site contains a half dozen full page strip repros for you to read.
TIME
SCREEN This was a late-lamented print fanzine
chronicling classic British television fantasy of the 50s,
60, 70s and 80s. Andrew Pixley's Guide
to British Telefantasy in Comics first appeared in
what was the last issue of Time
Screen, number 21 published Spring 1995. The contents
of 21 - and the corresponding detailed strip guide
- will hopefully soon be available online, after its move to
a new domain is complete. As well as Sapphire
and Steel the comics issue includes coverage of other
Look-In strips like Timeslip
and The Tomorrow People.
JOHN'S
LOOK-IN SITE John Stewart's large site provides a great look back
at Look-In in general: the covers,
the strips, the features and is a joy for all fans of the
comic in its 70s heyday. It's currently going through a worthwhile update.
THE
ANORAK ZONE This is a great little site on the TV series, regularly updated and with some nice exclusive content (including an interview with the series' vision mixer, Neil Guy). The site has informative reviews on the 2002 UK DVD issues of the series too.
Please do visit my extensive site devoted to 1976 Anglo-German
sci-fi obscurity STAR
MAIDENS. Coverage unrivalled anywhere in the world, I
can safely say.
